Alfredo Sauce - modified from here
2 chicken boullion cubes
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups half and half (I used 2 cups of water mixed with 3/4 cup skim milk powder and it worked fine)
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder, to taste
Dissolve chicken boullion in 1/2 cup boiling water. Melt butter on low in medium saucepan. Stir in flour. While stirring, add half and half. Add chicken broth. Increase heat to medium and stir until thickened. Add cheese and garlic until melted.
Makes: a lot!
