If you haven't noticed, we like to use our grill in the summer. We use it year round but of course, more frequently when it's hot. I love sitting on the patio with an ice cold Pepsi while the fabulous dude grills. Nothin' quite like that. Here is a simple, tasty side dish.
Grilled Potatoes
4-6 medium potatoes
1 onion
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp ground mustard
A good sprinkle of vegetable Seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
1. Slice potatoes and onions and thinly and evenly as possible. Place in a large bowl with garlic. Sprinkle remaining spices over them. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat.
2. Place in a tin foil pan or a tent made of tin foil. Cover with foil.
3. Grill on the top rack of your BBQ for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally. If you want them to be done quicker, microwave the potatoes for 2-3 minutes beforehand.
