Baked Brie - from Mumma
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup brandy
2 lb ring of brie
1. Mix together brown sugar, walnuts and brandy.
2. Pour over cheese.
3. Cover and chill for at least two hours.
4. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
