Tzaztiki Sauce

Tzaztiki Sauce

1 cup (4 oz.) plain yogurt
1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
1 1/2 tsp EVOO
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Dash salt and pepper
1/8 cup chopped, fresh dill
1 garlic clove, minced

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Serve on pitas, with Greek salad or on Greek Feta Burgers. It can also be used as a dip for vegetables or chips.

Make 1 1/2 cups.
