At this time of year, corn on the cob is one of our very favourite foods. I think that most people would agree. While my mom and I were canning, we had some corn to cook for dinner but we had too much stuff going on on the stove to boil the water for it. So, the fabulous dude offered to cook it on the grill.
Grilled Corn
Corn on the cob
Olive Oil
Garlic
Vegetable Seasoning
1. Drizzle corn with olive oil, garlic and spices. Place on a preheated grill, turning often. Cook for 5-10 minutes until soft.
Simple. Delicious. Simply delicious!
